SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders will take 7-8 days to reach their new homes.

- Jewellery which is made to order, or is customised will take 9-15 days to be made and will then be shipped in two days time.

 

- If it is an urgent order, please let us know before hand.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted.

What does in-stock and made-to-order mean?

- In Stock

The jewellery piece is in our facilities and ready for its new home! Processing usually takes 2 days from the date ordered and 5-6 days to be delivered!

If it an urgent order please let us know before hand.

- Made to order

(includes personalised pieces, engravings and customised orders)

Once you have placed your order, we craft your piece since it is specially made for you and will take around 9-15 days to be processed. Please keep in mind the estimated processing and shipping time so that you can plan accordingly.

RETURN POLICY

 

If the jewellery piece received is damaged, wrong or of the wrong size, you have the option to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

The requirements for the return are:

  • The jewellery piece must be unworn

  • The jewellery piece you're returning must be in its actual condition, with all the original packaging and tags (if any) intact.

  • A video must be made before opening the outer packaging.

 

Once the returned item is received by us, it will be reviewed for quality check and only then will a refund or exchange be processed.

How do I start the return?

Send us an email on minimalistbykeshvi@gmail.com requesting your return and the reason for it. Please mention the below details:

1. Order/ invoice number

2. Name and email address

3. Address from which the package will be shipped

 

Note: Shipping charges, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and hence won't be included in the refund amount.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your jewellery piece is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via an email with an approval or rejection for your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 4-5 business days. 

 

Note: Items on sale cannot be refunded, only regularly priced items can be approved for a return.
